Christophe Marnat serves as executive vice president for the ZF Electronics and Advanced Driver Assist Systems Division.
Marnat oversees the operations of ZF’s most rapidly expanding division including seven manufacturing facilities and more than 6,000 employees worldwide. He directs the development and implementation of strategic and operational plans with full profit and loss responsibility.
Marnat joined the company from BEHR America Inc. in 2010 as the Global Finance director in the Occupant Safety Systems business and assumed increasing responsibilities in Finance. In 2015 he was appointed senior vice president, Finance and chief financial officer becoming an integral member of the Active and Passive Safety Division executive leadership. He then led the Global Electronics and Occupant Safety Systems business units as executive vice president beginning in 2017.
While at Behr Marnat spent 14 years in various positions of increasing responsibility in France and Germany until eventually serving as vice president and chief financial officer at Behr America.
Marnat is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Commerciales Supérieures de Strasbourg at the Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg, France.
