YOUR STAND (if applicable) - PIPE AND DRAPE
The Pipe and Drape package includes the following items:
- 1 x table
- 2 x chairs
- 1 x power socket
- 8’ High Back Wall
- 3’ High Side Rail
- One (1) – 7” (h) x 44” (l) Identification Sign
You must complete Health and Safety Form and send it back to Nancy by Thursday 15th August.
If you would like to opt for a space only stand please email Nancy by Friday 9th August latest.

Please email the most up to date version of the following types of logos and profile to Nancy by Thursday 8th August:
1. ai. eps Logo - high res file
2. Jpeg Logo - low res file
3. 50-100 word company logo
We strongly recommend that you use the Official Freight handler Exhibition Freighting GSM Ltd for this event. TU Automotive cannot be held responsible for the shipping of any equipment nor are they responsible for the collection and receipt of any deliveries.
Should you decide to ship your materials directly to the venue, please ensure it arrives no earlier than the 30th August, and please fill in the below form and return it to Jenna Iversen at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Wifi is available at the event. The average speed connection is 10Mb/s per device.
You should have received the link to register your delegates in the body of the email. Please refer to your contract for how many and which type of pass you have been allocated.
If you wish to have additional passes that are not included in your contract, please also contact Nancy.
WHAT ACCESS DOES EACH PASS ALLOW?
- Standard pass – Allows full access to the conference, speaker presentation slides, networking app, exhibition and lunch.
- Exhibitor/Stand staff pass – Allows access to the exhibition, lunch and refreshments.
- Speaker pass – any speaker will be automatically registered for a full access pass. This will not be taken from you pass allocation and you DO NOT need to register the speaker separately.
