Scott Mackay
VP of Digital Commerce Solutions at Fiserv


Scott Mackay joined First Data Corporation as Vice President of Digital Commerce Solutions in 2009.

Upon his arrival at First Data, Mackay lead a team that focused on mobilizing commerce for First Data, bringing an array of new solutions to market designed to help enterprise clients grow their business. Digital Commerce Solutions, under Mackay, enables mobile payments at the pump with the likes of Exxon and remote ordering with the likes of McDonalds, Darden and Chick-fil-A thus continuing First Data’s expansion into the mobile commerce arena.

Prior to joining First Data, Mackay was the Vice President of Solutions for Intec, a telecommunications solutions provider focused on OSS/BSS solutions that power the largest mobile network operators, cable, government, transportation, financial and satellite companies around the world. Mackay served between 1997 and 2003 in several senior Director Sositions for Schlumberger (world’s largest oilfield services company) building out vertical solutions targeting both the telecommunications and petroleum sectors. During his time at Schlumberger he lead teams that launched France Telecom’s Caribbean (FCM) operations, Nextel US and International, US Cellular in their respective markets. He also led key transformation projects for Verizon and AT&T here in the US focused on systems consolidation and modernization.

Scott graduated from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax Nova Scotia, Canada in 1991 with a BA in Psychology and a BCOM with majors in Marketing and Management. Scott currently resides in Atlanta Georgia and works out of First Data’s Headquarters.
