Alan D. Hall is Ford Motor Company’s Senior Communications Manager for Autonomous Vehicles and Electrification. He is responsible for leading communications strategy for Ford's autonomous vehicle business as well as Team Edison, Ford's electrified vehicle team. He also leads communications for office of Ford’s CTO and the Research and Advanced Engineering team.
Hall joined Ford in 2006 holding roles responsible for managing Ford brand utilities and Lincoln and Mercury brand cars, trucks, and utilities, as well as directing the communications strategy for all Ford cars in the U.S., including Taurus, Fusion, Focus, Fiesta, and Mustang. During his tenure at Ford, he has also been responsible for leading and coordinating the global media communications strategy for the 50th anniversary of the Ford Mustang.
In 2014, Hall also served as Senior Communications Manager, Automotive, for NVIDIA Corporation, leading media relations and marketing communications for the company’s fastest growing business unit. Earlier in his career, Hall was Audi’s product and technology communications manager. He also previously worked with Ford as communications manager of its Special Vehicle Team while he was at the firm Campbell & Company.
