Nada Jiddou is an experienced leader with proven success in leveraging innovative thinking and technology to enter and grow new markets, develop consumer value propositions, optimize operations, and enhance enterprise value. She is a recognized change leader who consistently drives organizational transformation through awareness and adoption of new technologies.
Nada is adept at balancing strategic thinking, a customer focus, end-user sensitivity and technical acumen. She draws on a wealth of experience and knowledge gained over 20 years in senior technology positions with General Motors, OnStar, Whirlpool Corporation and now Ford Motor Co.
She is currently the Director of Ford’s Consumer Platforms and Products, responsible for the Connected Consumer Global Product Portfolio. Her role includes advanced planning and integration for emerging technologies across Ford Mobility, and leading her organization’s transformation to a product-based model, adopting a customer centric approach to delivering market value.
At Ford, she also served as the Senior Manager of Connected Vehicle Platform and Products where she defined strategy and delivery of connectivity solutions through a product-driven organization approach.
Prior to joining Ford, she was Senior Director, Global Information Systems Strategy and Innovation at Whirlpool, responsible for defining the global IT implementation strategy in a federated solution environment.
Previous roles also include Regional Chief Information Officer for OnStar Middle East and OnStar Europe; IT Development Manager, Enterprise Program Manager and Lead System Integration Engineer at OnStar; Product Development Engineer at General Motors; and Application Engineer at Rockwell Automation.
Nada earned an MBA with a concentration in Marketing & Finance from Wayne State University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University. She has a PMP Certification and received two patents for her work at OnStar.
