Please note that all stands are provided as shell scheme. No complex build will be allowed for this event.

- 1 x Fascia board with company logo
- Grey Carpet
- 1 spotlight per 3sqm
Furniture is not included in your package. To order your furniture we recommend that you use our official stand contractor Spectramed.

Please note that all start up stands are provided as 2sqm shell scheme pods.

OFFICIAL STAND CONTRACTOR
Spectramed is the official stand contractor for the event providing shell scheme furniture, audio visual and stand graphics.

Should you require a wired connection, there will be an additional cost per day depending on the bandwidth you wish to order.

EF-GSM - Official contractor for freight and onsite storage
Using the official freight and handling supplier ensures your materials are delivered to your stand without delay. EF-GSM will be on-site and provide a point-to-point service which includes custom clearance and delivery directly to your exhibition stand. EF-GSM will also provide a storage service on-site.

The cost of accommodation is not included in your pass.
We have secured preferential rates at the INFINITY Hotel for our attendees, so we highly recommend you book early to avoid disappointment.

WHAT ACCESS DOES EACH PASS ALLOW?
- Standard pass – Allows full access to the conference, speaker presentation slides, networking app, exhibition and lunch
- Exhibitor/Stand staff pass – Allows access to the exhibition, lunch and refreshments.
- Speaker pass – any speaker will be automatically registered for a full access pass. This will not be taken from you pass allocation and you DO NOT need to register the speaker separately.
