INTERVIEW WITH Eran Netanel, VP Automotive Engineering, Aeris, SHORTLISTED FOR THE OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTIONS TO AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGY
Thank you Eran Netanel for taking the time to talk to us.
MEET ERAN NETANEL
My name is Eran Netanel and I am VP Engineering of Automotive at Aeris, where I’m responsible for creating and realizing a connected vehicle vision with emphasis on market applicability and profitability. That includes bringing together the best engineering minds around the world, designing an automotive product portfolio and launching onboard and offboard services. Our flagship product is the Aeris Mobility Suite, an end-to-end, cloud-agnostic IoT product suite that enables automotive OEMs to develop and deploy advanced connected vehicle programs, including car sharing programs, in record time.
I have had many proud moments throughout my career, starting as a young soldier in cyberspace in my 20’s. Most recently, the global launch of Aeris automotive next gen connected vehicle technology (some of which I personally created and wrote) in Mitsubishi and VW vehicles has been very gratifying.
