Kevin Riddell is the Senior Manager of Americas Powertrain Forecasting at LMC Automotive. He is responsible for research and analysis of powertrains (engines, transmissions and electrification) equipped in light vehicles across the Americas. He assembles and manages LMC’s Powertrain forecasts which break down vehicle production focusing on engines, transmissions, drivetrains and electrification. In addition, Kevin constructs the U.S. hybrid and electric vehicle and US diesel light vehicle forecasts which look at these technologies’ current sales trends and outlooks.
Kevin joined LMC Automotive as an analyst in the forecasting department in 1998. As his role evolved, he became one of the firm’s experts on diesel, hybrid, battery electric and fuel cell powered vehicles.
Kevin received a B.A. in Mathematics from Kalamazoo College. Prior to joining LMC Automotive, he was a Quality Control Manager at Raytech, a Tier One automotive supplier. Kevin is currently a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers and the Society of Automotive Analysts.
